Martin's Ringtones still offers 100% free ringtones composed by Martin Plante, the world's first ringtone artist (Martin Started in the early 2000s then moved to phonerated in 2009, was featured in the Washington Post and many other media outlets). He was the first to compose music specifically to be offered as a collection of free ringtones to cell phone users.
